General Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 7bd9 platform and its associated services ("Services"). When you create an account at 7bd9 or begin using any service, you automatically agree to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and may be updated at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered users of any changes.

Definitions

The following terms are defined as stated below throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — 7bd9's website, mobile interface, and all associated digital assets.
• "User" / "Member" — any person who has registered on this platform.
• "Account" — a user's registered profile and associated balance.
• "Bonus" — additional playing funds granted by the platform, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering" — the amount of bets required to be placed before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

Registration Eligibility

• Use the "Remember Me" option only on personal devices, not on public ones.
• Avoid clicking on suspicious links received from third parties.

Grounds for Account Suspension & Closure

7bd9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Proven bonus abuse or collusion.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

In the event of account closure, the process of returning any legitimate balance will be completed within a reasonable timeframe; however, if fraud is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

Deposit Terms

Funds may only be deposited at 7bd9 through approved mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposit transactions are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Depositing using another person's mobile banking account is prohibited.
• The correct reference number must be used for each deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

Winnings must be withdrawn using the same method that was used to make the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be partially or fully held.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Currency & Transaction Responsibility

All transactions at 7bd9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transactions from their mobile banking account.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total playing funds of ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total playing funds of ৳54,000.

General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to any bonus:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• While a bonus is active, wagering must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Using risk-free or low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements is prohibited.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or mobile numbers will be treated as fraud.
• 7bd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program

7bd9's VIP program has 4 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Bet Placement Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in sports betting and casino games at 7bd9:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 7bd9 reserves the right to void bets with abnormal outcomes caused by technical errors.
• A bet placed at an erroneously displayed price after an event has started may be voided.
• Bet manipulation through mutual agreement (collusion) is strictly prohibited.

Fair Play Policy

7bd9 is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. The outcomes of all games and betting events depend on impartial random number generators or the actual results of live events.

Users may not place bets using any software, bots, or automated systems. If such activity is detected, the account and associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Service interruptions caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.
• Delays or failures in third-party mobile banking services.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

7bd9 always strives to maintain service quality, but uninterrupted service during any specific period is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content on the 7bd9 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to access another user's information or account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Spreading false or misleading information against the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or a mentally incapacitated person.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
